Safety Charter
Safety Principles
Identity-preserving conversational governance · behavioral safety modules (hinge logic, membrane protocol) · tool permission boundaries · memory isolation · region-aware safety routing.
Transparency Commitments
Clear documentation · public safety reports · disclosure of model capabilities · marketplace agent safety labels.
Governance
Mandatory safety modules for all agents. Autonomous improvements must pass validation, security scans and test suites before deployment. Multi-agent collaboration is governed by ACP; evolution is bounded by AEE safety constraints.
Prohibited Uses
Frasberg prohibits: surveillance, discrimination, harmful autonomous actions, unauthorized data extraction, model weight extraction, and safety bypass attempts.
User Rights
Control over your data · transparent agent behavior · ability to disable Evolution Mode · ability to restrict collaboration.
Public Policy Engagement
